(Verse) Wednesday morning came around Tuesday night I almost drowned Wednesday evening here I come again Thursday night I’m almost there Boozin’ like I had no care Ex-wife’s preaching, this is what she said (Chorus) Headed for a shakedown Dirty little take down Sunday morning breakdown again Staying out till sunrise Drinking all the moonshine Cut off from heaven again (Verse) Friday night I’m feeling high Body’s shaking wondering why I’m about to come unglued again Saturday just maybe Whiskey lines and ladies Oh my god, here I go again (Chorus)2x (Solo) (Chorus)2x I’ve been feeling like a low life **pissing off the new wife** Lord have mercy again

Wait 03:22
(Verse) I said wait I couldn’t tell ya All that I know You could not be saved I said wait I wouldn’t tell ya You weren’t there Your ship has been sailed (Pre) Took so long to say the words Now I wonder if I’ll be heard (Verse) I said wait You couldn’t stay Time to go The end of the road I said wait I wasn’t ready For all of this pain Was this in vein (Pre) Took so long to realize Now I’m left here with goodbye’s I said wait (Solo) (Bridge) I’ve pondered, I’ve moved on All the pain has made me strong Now I feel that I belong (Verse) I said wait I really miss ya But you’re still here Drying the tears I said wait I wanna thank ya For giving your all Now I’ll stand tall I said wait
3.
I Know You 03:12
(Verse) I’m looking out the window at the early morning sun Tossed and turned didn’t sleep last night My mind was on the run I know what you’re thinking Mama raised no fool I know you (Verse) You’re thinking I’ll be waiting Till you’ve figured out your life Run around, do what you want, never thinking twice Little do you know, the game is growing old I know you (Chorus) I said you could’ve saved me from another lonely day I said you could’ve had me But you played those games you played I know that its wrong, it’s time to move along I know you (Verse) Now you’ll come back and I’ll be there But it won’t be the same You’ll wonder what has happened, ain’t it a crying shame I’ve picked up and I’ve moved on, sorry but it’s true I know you (Chorus) (Solo) (Chorus)
4.
(Verse) The pain that’s inside That wasn’t me Lived all of our lives We’re too blind too see All’s said and done There were so many wrongs Too scared to fight We don’t belong (Chorus 1) You were not the one I played it out too long If I had known About all the lies, such a crime, waste of time But you, you were not the one (Verse) All of the times All the times I was gone Out on the road Pouring pain out in song But then I was there I was right by your side We thought it was right But had too much to hide (Chorus) But I was not the one You played it out too long If you had known About all the lies, such a crime, waste of time But I, I was not the one (Bridge) I couldn’t believe all the things that you said No wrong or right, wish we never met Now we don’t look back We look straight ahead (Solo) (Chorus 1)
5.
Stay Away 05:58
(Verse) I’m bound to you, like a candle to the flame So dark and lonely, shy and only a million miles away You’re bound to me like a fire in the rain But now you know, you couldn’t show The scars beneath the pain (Pre) Won’t you turn around (3x) And go (Chorus) Stay away, I’m done When I’m thinking about your ways Stay away, I’m done And we’re going our separate ways Can I be the lonely man that I knew I was And I always will be Stay away, I’m done Never come back again (Verse) I came to you, I was lost and gone astray But you made me strong and I belong You showed me better days You came to me with an everlasting shame And if you could, I knew you would Lead me to my chains (Pre) (Chorus) (Bridge) Trying to think how it ended up this way Now I sink in a world of empty days Now I know, where we’ll go (Solo) (Pre) (Chorus)
6.
(Verse) Sayin’ Please, on my knees I gave my all with nothing returned You wouldn’t know Time I should go Pick up the pieces of my heart again (Pre-Chorus) I’ve waited so long What did I do wrong (Chrous) To deserve this treatment from you Tell me what am I supposed to do Cuz I’m still in love with you (Verse) Say wasn’t me, don’t wanna leave Do you know how hard I tried Known you to long, never thought it’d be wrong But I’m a fool, I’ve been played again (Pre-Chorus) I’ve waited so long What did I do wrong (Chorus) To deserve this treatment from you Tell me what I am supposed to do After all that we’ve been through Cuz I’m still in love with you (Solo) (Verse) Sayin’ please, on my knees I gave my all with nothing returned You wouldn’t know Time I should go But I’m still in love with you
7.
(Verse) You always wanted to be free You never said those words to me You stood beside but you could not stay So you gave me a wink and you slowly faded away (Verse) You never wanted to look and see You never took the time for me I never wanted you to stray But you gave me a wink and you looked the other way (Pre) You came to me said you want to be by yourself And once again had to put my heart on a shelf Once again I found the strength inside You just gave me a wink another part of me just died (Bridge) Now I’m faced with the challenge once again Will my heart ever be whole again Take what I learned and I pull it deep inside And rebuild my pride (Solo) (Pre) I look at myself and I’ve seen where I been I’m happy with all my choices in the end Once again I found the strength inside I just gave you a wink and I said to you goodbye (2x)
8.
If We Could 02:49
(Verse) When I first laid eyes on you Never thought we’d end up this way Was it me or was it you Who always had things their way (Pre) Could it be We’re so hard to please (Chorus) If we could Change this life Would our, troubles be over Is there truth Behind the lies we hide Would it even matter (Verse) If I opened up to you Would you walk right out of my life When you look inside yourself Can you tell me what’s wrong or right (Pre) Can it be What will be will be (Chorus) (Bridge) And I repeat it in my mind Oh can it be, can it be Some things in life just take their time Is it meant to be (Solo) (Pre) (Chorus)(2x)
9.
Grace 04:33
(Verse) I’ll be a long way from home by the time you awake If you think I’m comin’ back I’ve left you with one more thing you can break Let alone my selfish heart (Chorus) Breathe with me My soul’s on fire Let me trade my grace with you She don’t need But a stone faced liar Like me hiding the truth But I’m holding out for you (Verse) I see your troubled eyes burning a tunnel through me Your face so pale Your stuttered sigh Its all at stake one way or the other Let alone my selfish heart (Chorus) (Solo) (Chorus)
10.
(Verse) Turn on all the lights So the demons they won’t stay Open all the doors Hope the fears they fly away You’re looking very hard For the words you want to say But you scream into the silence Feel you’ve lost another day (Pre) Do you still remember The world with all its wonder (Chorus) You will be the one You will find your way Stand high above the rest Come what may You have learned the lesson You did not betray Be proud of what you’ve done Come what may (Verse) Wipe away the dust Wipe away the blood and tears Let go of all regret Make sense of all these years Let go of all the anger No longer hide it with your hears You’ve pushed it to the limit You have made this very clear (Pre) (Chorus) (Solo) (Chorus)

about

JUST JOE & THE JANGLERS
As Just Joe (Altier) and producer Conan (Fioramonti) were doing pre-production on Joe’s solo album, the discussion came up on who would play on the record. They both agreed on a few key people but as the emails and the discussions progressed it were simple, hire one of the best groups of musicians around, KANE!! Joe and Conan have both played with the members in various projects, most recently Lou Segreti playing B3 in Joe’s rock band, ELEPHANT MOUNTAIN. Now with the 4 members from Kane, Just Joe and Conan in the band it was decided we needed that FEMALE voice!! Enter Syracuse veteran, Kim Fetters!! The band was COMPLETE! The Janglers were BORN!! So after many months of preparation the album, “My Demons, My Burden, My Life”, was recorded at Ghetto Studio’s during the last few months of winter. The show at the Taste Of Syracuse will mark the DEBUT performance of the band!! **Another show will be announced shortly after the Taste performance**

The songs on Joe’s solo album are a collection of songs written over the course of 9 years. There were 22 songs recorded for pre-production and was whittled down to 10. The other 12 will be saved for future albums. A mixture of rock, country and soul, the album (and band) shows a whole other side of Joe’s talent and appreciation for all music.

ENJOY!!
